This program includes:

  • 1 hour initial intake conversation to get to know you, your goals, and your lifestyle

  • Weekly run and strengthening program

  • Fully personalized workouts for running

  • Targeted strength training to address your previous injuries

  • Race strategy sessions for target and secondary races

  • Biweekly month training mindset calls

  • Biweekly month coaching calls with one of our coaches to manage training and any setbacks

  • Unlimited text and email communication with Rusty or Mike

  • Day of adjustments to training as needed

Silver Training

Looking to medal up your training but need additional expertise to get there? Our Silver training can fulfill these needs.

This program includes:

  • Final Surge Athlete account (online training platform)

  • 1 hour initial intake conversation to get to know you, your goals, and your lifestyle

  • Weekly run and strengthening program customized towards your goals and needs

  • Monthly coaching calls with Rusty or Mike to manage training and any setbacks

  • Unlimited email communication with Rusty or Mike

Bronze Training

Are you ready to become FAST and move on from the generic training programs? Our Bronze training is the place to start.

This program includes:

  • Final Surge Athlete account (online training platform)

  • 1 hour initial intake conversation to get to know you, your goals, and your lifestyle

  • Biweekly run and strengthening program customized towards your goals and needs

  • Monthly check in email with Rusty or Mike to manage training and any setbacks

  • 1 coaching call every 2 months with Rusty or Mike to manage training and any setbacks

Base Training

Pre-made training programs with running and strength training for events ranging from the 5k to the half-marathon. Each distance has the option of selecting beginner, intermediate, or advanced. See below to determine which one describes you best.

  • Beginner: Athlete who is just beginning to run and wants to finish their first race at a given distance.

  • Intermediate: Athlete who has completed a few races at a distance and would like to start training at a higher level to drop time.

  • Advanced: Athlete who wants to compete at a given distance and is looking to devote more time to their training.
